Unicrane is established in 1972, a company with more than 40 years of experience. Our initial business is hoist and crane in Taiwan, and a mother company Yung Ming precast which is also a well know precast manufacturer in tunneling society. In year of 1992, the funder of Unicrane/Yung Ming merged its experience and know how for two different businesses into one cooperation, further to develop the segment mould bussiness. we are not only supply segment mould in Taiwan, but also to Asia countries like Japan and east south Asia countries.
Hangzhou Unicrane is established in Hangzhou Xiaoshan Jiangdong Industrial zone at the beginning of year 2004. The company has built with steel structures for 30,000m2 and with total land used of 66,000m2.
Our main products are steel segment mould, mould for any precast concrete products, steel segment, structural frames for automatic storage system, Parking system, cooling tower, and some other surrounding equipments for tunneling.
Segment Mould
With more than 25 years of RC segment /segment mould fabrication experience, and our large investment in CNC Machines centre, Unicrane has supplied our moulds for more than 90% of China main cities' (Beijing, Nanjing, Shenyang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Chongqing, and....) metro system for precast factories.
In year of 2005, Unicrane introduces the Japanese electrical vibrator with adjustable frequencies control system for vibration technique to China. A "vibration Table system". This technique has been using broadly in Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and China now.
Steel Segment
Steel segment is fabricated by standard hot rolled mild steel. It is designed to have higher strength, easy for transportation, better capability in situ modification, and higher tolerance.
Generally, it is designed for cross passage, small radius of tunnel curving. for example like underground cable tunnel, and gas tunnel.
Unicrane welders have achieved to certify from JIS welding test, so the welding technique is having a much better quality assurance. With our production arrangement and managing experience, Our capacity for fabrication of steel segment could reach to 30,000 rings per year.
Unicrane is also a factory that has been qualify from Japanese sewage association. so we are able to sell the steel segment back to Japan for sewage purpose (there are only 2 factories in Asian countries that has been approved from Japan sewage association, and Unicrane is one of it).
Crane
With 30 years of hoist and crane manufacture experience, Unicrane is able to design and fabricate hoist & crane from small hoist to 300 tons of crane.
We offer design and manufacture overhead crane, gantry crane, jib crane, any cranes for vessell/ship, and all other special customise desgin crane. Our broad range of design capability allow us to further develop the carrousel production system with fully automatic lifting and hoisting desgin. Example like fully automatic lifting system for steel coil, special soil conveyor for shaft, and automatic storage system.
Unicrane has certificates to design and fabricate crane under 300 tons with our ISO quality assurance. Hangzhou Unicrane was also approve from the government to manufacture and install Grade B hoist/crane.
China steel, China ship in Taiwan are using more than five hundred units of our cranes. We’ve also been designed and supplied our cranes to Formosa heavy industries corp. and European material handling equipments company for large automatic system projects.
Railway Slab
轨道模具的平整精度要求非常高，杭州铁牛机械以参与台湾调整铁路与地铁的经验，先后提供了先进的轨道板模具、轨枕模具，以结构合理、刚度大、拆装方便、重复定位精度高、接连件使用寿命长、加工及成型精度高的优点提供更佳节约成本的选择。
Formwork
我司建筑专用的钢制模板除了可减少木胶合板的使用外，也可以取代钢承板的使用。一般钢骨结构（SC）、钢骨钢筋混凝土（SRC）建筑的楼板浇筑，都是以钢承板作为塑形及承重的模板，浇筑完即成为建筑结构体的一部分，无法拆卸重复使用，而成为永久性模板。而钢制滑动模板可兼用钢承板的优点又可以重复使用，大大的降低成本。
