Both underground packages in Jakarta Indonesia are awarded by Unicrane. A changeable tapper mould for straight, ring and left is not any standard mould and commond to see, Unicrane is able to design and fabricated with same high tolerance requirement as standard type. 

Client：China Rail group 24 precast yardProject：Xiamen city metro- Line 2φ6700××350×1500（6P/R）double tapper ring- 4 setVibration method: Carrousel system with vibration table Unicrane has award to desgin and supply of segment mould for the first subsea tunnel for MRT projec in China.  This subsea tunnel is located in Xiamen China for line 2 (please refer to orange colour), the ring id designed with OD6700mm x 1500mm x 350mm (5+1). mould has to desgin to suit the current carrousel system with total amount of 4 sets.
